As Operations Officer, Lisa leads the company in its mission to change the lives and smiles of patients with passion, integrity, and exceptional care. She oversees the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures while promoting the company culture and vision. Lisa is committed to ensuring that all patients have an exceptional dental experience as well as the opportunity to achieve the healthy, beautiful smile that they want and deserve. Lisa is passionate about ensuring that her team members are happy and successful both in their personal and professional lives. Providing an excellent team environment is key to an exceptional patient experience!Lisa brings more than 24 years of business management experience acquired during successful ownership of a real estate firm that focused on residential, commercial, investments, property management, and business acquisitions. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from George Mason University. Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her son, husband, and puppy while boating, diving, kayaking, and relaxing at the beach.
Bianca
PRACTICE LEADER
Bianca is our dedicated Practice Leader at PGA Dentistry, bringing nearly 10 years of comprehensive experience in dental practice management and team leadership. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our team members by fostering a culture of collaboration, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Her professional approach is characterized by her deep understanding of dental practice operations and her passion for patient-centered care. She believes in the transformative power of a confident smile and works to help patients feel comfortable, valued, and empowered throughout their dental journey.
When she’s not leading the team at PGA Dentistry, she continues to expand her professional knowledge through continuing education and is an active member of AADOM. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, cooking and travelling as much as possible. As a native Floridian, she loves spending the weekends outside in the sunshine with her family and her Miniature Dachshund, Waffles. She is also fluent in Italian and English.
Stephanie
TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Stephanie is driven by her desire to provide a calm and welcoming environment for patients who are anxious or concerned about how to afford dentistry. Her goal is to clearly explain all treatment options and act as our patient liaison throughout your entire smile journey. Stephanie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and brings over 13 years of multi-specialty surgical experience. As a native Floridian, Stephanie enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling with her family.
Jennifer
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Jennifer comes from a family of dentistry. Her father is a dentist and her mother is a dental hygienist which is why she has such a passion for her patients, always taking pride in treating them with the best care possible! She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1999, having graduated from dental hygiene school in Tallahassee, Florida. Jennifer has been working with Dr. Ajmo since 2002. She started as a full-time hygienist and after having her second daughter, decided to practice part time. Dental hygiene fuels her desire to provide vital periodontal & preventive services to our patients. Jennifer feels a healthy mouth is imperative to being an overall healthy person. When not caring for her patients, Jennifer takes pleasure in spending quality family time with her 2 daughters and husband, traveling, and boating.
Patricia
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Patricia has been in dentistry since 1991. She is dedicated to improving the oral health of her patients and takes patient education and preventive care very seriously. She finds that by helping her patients understand the connection between oral health and their overall well being her patients not only have great smiles but feel great too! Patricia is dedicated to earning her patients trust during treatment by listening and recognizing their needs and offering a very gentle and thorough cleaning. Patricia enjoys swimming, reading and spending as much time as possible time with her two children and grandchild.
Fabiola
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (EFRDA)
Faby has been in dentistry for 23 years and brings extensive dental assisting experience in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. She is dedicated to helping her patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their entire treatment. She truly enjoys the opportunity to learn and listen to her patients so that they can achieve the beautiful and healthy smile that they want and deserve. Seeing the life changing transformation a patient experiences is her greatest reward. In her free time, Faby enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with her family.
