The Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge is the newest technological breakthrough in permanent implant-supported bridgework. This beautiful custom-milled ceramic bridge is infused with a specialized resin which gives it very slight flexibility more closely mimicking the natural flexing of real teeth while chewing foods. The bridge is bonded to a strong Trilor framework which also has very slight flexure. The advantage of having minor flexing of the prosthesis is that it places less stress on the dental implants, resulting in fewer implant failures.

Prior to the introduction of Trilor, most full-arch substructures were milled from titanium which, due to its stiffness, transfers undesired chewing forces to the implants. The Trilor bar and Hybrid material allows the Permanent Implant Bridge to flex in the mouth transferring less stress to the implants, potentially leading to fewer long-term implant failures. It has gentle shock-absorbing characteristics eliminating the “heavy clacking” typical of zirconia restorations and will not wear out natural teeth on the opposing arch. The Hybrid Bridge flexure is a key factor allowing the placement of a permanent restoration on implants 48 hours after surgery.

48 hours after placing your implants, your Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge will be placed in your mouth and securely attached to your implants. We will ensure the fit and aesthetics are perfect so you’ll feel comfortable and look great. Now your Teeth Next Day® procedure is complete!
You’ll be seen in our office several visits after your new teeth are delivered to ensure you heal properly and are feeling comfortable. For the first few months, you need to stick to a soft diet to allow your implants to integrate properly. After the healing period, you’ll be able to comfortably eat any foods you like.

Sedation For Stress-Free Comfort During Teeth Next Day® Implant Surgery
In order to keep you relaxed and comfortable during your Teeth Next Day surgery, you’ll be administered an IV sedative which will keep you in a twilight state where you’ll be completely unaware of the procedure and your surroundings. With IV sedation, you won’t remember anything about the procedure while sedated and you’ll experience no discomfort whatsoever. Toward the end of your implant surgery, you’ll be given an effective pain reliever through the IV line and medication to take after you get home.
